With each new generation, there seems to be a new wave of drugs that are popularized and somehow go mainstream. Although this has always been the case, a shift has been happening in the Western world over the past decade. No longer are drugs being pushed as party favors and cool experiments but have now become widely accepted as a pathway to spiritual freedom, divine wisdom, and true healing. Ayahuasca seems to be the latest trend, gaining traction from the most popular celebrities worldwide. However, many have failed to openly chronicle the true purpose and therefore, the dangers of indulging in the sinister rituals of Ayahuasca.
The Promotion Of Ayahuasca By Celebrities And Media Continue To Rise
The artificially engineered push for ayahuasca, not unlike many elitist agendas of today, can almost immediately be spotted by the endorsement of celebrity figures. In the new “commercialization” of Ayahuasca, we see some of the most popular names in the entertainment industry openly promoting its benefits. Many have made mention of the “high” associated with Ayahuasca as “being profound and ever life changing.” However, as in the case with most hallucinogenic drugs, there are often bizarre, scary, and highly distressed experiences that, as a rite of passage, must accompany the user. Legendary rapper Andre 3000 recently opened up to NPR about how the experience created one of the tracks on his forthcoming solo album New Blue Sun:
I was actually in Hawaii, and it was my second night of the first time I’d ever taken ayahuasca. We did it like a three-night kind of phase. The first night was inviting and beautiful and the most powerful love and connection with all things I’ve ever felt in my life,” he told the outlet……”The second night my stomach was hurting, my mouth contorted like a panther, and I actually turned into a panther. And I was doing like GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR — like, that kind of thing,” he said.
Andre 3000’s 2024 Album comprised of 100% flute melodies, gave heavy attribution to his ayahuasca trip in which he was completely taken over by an “animal spirit”
What may have gone over most readers’ heads is the allusion to becoming an animal once the effects of ayahuasca kicked in. This is not normal behavior under any circumstances. It’s also important to note, that Dre does not mention simply “feeling” like a panther but rather “becoming” a panther, complete with facial disfiguration and imitation growls. In other words, another spirit entered into him after opening himself up. This will make sense later down the line.
Famed artist Megan Fox recalled her first experience with Ayahuasca in which she describes feeling like entering literal hell with no sense of escape.

Going to hell for eternity is a direct allusion to biblical doctrine and is the exact punishment that God has reserved for all who have chosen to continue in a life of rebellion and sin.

Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. An artist’s rendition of Mother Aya is based on the many descriptions of personal encounters. Notice the 3rd eye on her forehead. Other religions and spiritual practices have described this same entity as Mother Earth, Gia, or mother goddess.
In a striking admittance by Miley Cyrus, her personal trip is said to involve “snakes” personally escorting her to the god of ayahuasca also known as Mother Aya. This disturbing recount should raise most eyebrows as snakes in any spiritual context have an allusion to the devil, Satan, and his fallen angelic host.

One common theme has been consistent in the recalling of celebrity testimonies, and that is the spiritual nature of the experience. Without question in almost every instance that one participates in a ceremonial Ayahuasca journey, it describes a spiritual journey that most have a hard time putting into words. While there is no doubt many people describe their journey as “the best thing they’ve ever done,” the big question is why are there so many personal accounts of terrifyingly evil encounters with demonic spirits, angels, and things associated with satan, such as snakes and ‘hell?’ And if there is so much liberty being gained, why is there a constant need to go back and complete multiple sessions?
The True Nature Of Ayahuasca
As is the case with many spiritual practices we see today(yoga, crystals, reiki healing, etc), the true purpose, origin, and danger is often veiled through a barrage of positive speech. That is because most “occult” practices put on display in America, did not originate here but simply were popularized, glamorized, and diluted through mass media and the puppets they control. In this sense, a Western world that is smack dab in the middle of a complete mental health crisis, can simply just absorb any and everything that seems to provide an answer to life troubles. As we can clearly see, at its root, ayahuasca is nothing more than a rope to communication with other spirits, or simply, a passageway into the spiritual realm. It later goes on to say:

Ayahuasca transcends a mere chemical interaction; it embodies a magical connection. Ultimately, each Ayahuasca experience stands as a unique and individual encounter, distinct from all others.
As stated above, each session or ritual of healing is guided by a shaman overseeing every component.
Shamanism or samanism is a religious practice that involves a practitioner (shamanor saman) interacting with the spirit world through altered states of consciousness, such as trance.[1][2] The goal of this is usually to directspirits or spiritual energies into the physical world for the purpose of healing, divination, or to aid human beings in some other way.[1]-wikipedia.com
Definitively speaking, a shaman director, though seeming to be normal, is also operating in an altered state of consciousness, fully under the influence of an outside force. Notice how their job is to direct “spirits into the physical world.” However, what most won’t explain under the multi-layered emotional appeal, the Bible has explained in great detail that this altered state of conciseness is none other than demonic possession, while the spirits being directed into this world are the spirits of demons.
Duet 18:9 When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. God seems to declare that all spiritual practices that attempt to access the spiritual world apart from Jesus Christ are an abomination, and can fall under the category of medium, sorcerer, diviner, charmer, or blood sacrifice. The occult practice was so evil to God that there was an immediate death penalty put on anyone caught performing it.

God’s plan of salvation for humanity through His Son Jesus Christ began with the nation of Israel, His chosen people. In a world full of evil, God set aside one nation that would imitate, reflect, and spread His holiness and perfect nature throughout the earth. The gods of the other nations were worshipped and connected in a way that was completely contrary to the one true God. It was through occult means that humanity sought spiritual power taught by these other ‘gods’ and God Himself knew it would lead to a life of ruin and destruction, which is why His life-preserving commands to stay away were directed to His people. What other nations refer to as gods are nothing more than rebellious heavenly beings masquerading as wise, all-powerful guides to humanity. But God clears all confusion

Here it is clearly stated, that the so-called gods of other nations are none other than devils. These are the same “gods” or spirit beings that are discovered on ayahuasca trips that many claim to openly communicate with. This does not mean that they don’t possess power, they are indeed spirit beings that dwell in the spiritual world where the laws of our reality work differently. Because they originated in heaven before their fall with Satan, they still carry supernatural signs and wonders with them. It is these gods, or devils that created the means of all occult methods as a way to guide humanity into idol worship and to turn away from the true and living God.
This is the true source of enlightenment when performing ayahuasca. The truth is, you will never experience true freedom as it is only a deception for devils tricking humanity into opening up their vessels, giving legal permission for possession from these evil beings. If there is ever a moment of temporary breakthrough, in each experience without question, there is a desire to repeat the same cycle over and over because the feeling eventually runs out, leaving the user to return to the same spirit of hopelessness and depression they began with.
The Source Of True Spiritual Freedom: Jesus Christ
John 4:24 “God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth”.
Truth be told, there is a desire in every one of us to access the spiritual realm in some way, seeing as the spirit is the life force and beginning of our being. More importantly, our physical practices reflect our true desperation to worship in spirit, the living God who instilled this desire in all creation. However, through the fall of man, sin entered our spirits, thus separating us from truly knowing and having blissful fellowship with God, and thus, causing us to seek any substitute that will fill the void and yearning in our hearts. This is where the occult and drugs such as ayahuasca come into the picture. But, there is good news readers! Through the mercy of God, Jesus, the son of God was sent to die for the sins of the world, sacrificing himself so that we can once again rightfully commune with God, who gives true peace liberally to all His children. It is through Jesus Christ alone when trusting in believing in full faith that He is our savior and has raised from the dead, that our dead spirit becomes alive again, initiating, everlasting joy, peace, and contentment.
I Timothy 2:5 says, “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”
Why seek after a sinful shaman to access God and His healing power, when God has given His children direct access themselves through His Son Jesus Christ? God has invited you to a personal relationship with Him. All He asks is that you repent, turn from the abomination of idols, and seek Him with your whole heart, and it is there you will find true rest.
